Please Note: Returns are not accepted for overseas shipments.
Returns cannot be processed after the order is placed.
The company will deal with the principle of exchange. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days to request an exchange after you receive your item. Please contact customer service within 7 days {from the day of receipt}. After verifying that the application meets the conditions, the customer service will assist in arranging a replacement for you. Overdue anger will not be accepted.
The following situations are eligible for exchange:
The goods are damaged during transportation.
The product received does not match the content of the order.
Damage caused by poor product quality or other non-consumer mistakes.
Please take a photo and send it back to the customer service email.

Exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
The product is not in new condition, artificially damaged or used.
The product has been washed with water or detergent.
The color difference between the product and the website photo. Shooting light, mobile phone or computer display frequency and other factors may cause photo color difference. The color of the product is mainly in kind.
If the product of the same type is sold out, it can be exchanged for a product with the same or lower purchase price or a product with a higher price to make up the difference.
There will be no refund if the product balance is lower than the original price. {The product price is based on the unit price on the date of application for replacement]
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on specials or gift cards.
